SEP_Q-13>>"The Blood Report"

This is the blood report of "X" which shows him in 'perfect normal health',according to Dr.Narendra M Patel,(ahmedabad based patholigist).This was his last medical report as he died 9 days later in delhi.Give me "X" and how did he die?
