TATA CRUCIBLE CAMPUS EDITION 2012 CHANDIGARH

This year chandigarh became the 12th city of the Tata crucible’s itinerary completing half of its journey with another 12 cities left to be quizzed. This year again like the last year the organisers gave TAJ a miss as a venue and it was held in law auditorium of Punjab university. (Uhmmm…signs of economic slowdown & Eurozone crisis I guess…….C’mon Giri  its TATA crucible  &  TATA I thought was more immune to things like recession, meltdown, slowdown etc…..anyways I hope you can quiz Mr. Mistry about this and we will have our next  edition at the Taj again. Pickbrain was at his best with firing volley of interesting and well researched questions from his weaponry………(thumbs up to his team). Around 150 teams were battling in the prelim round to find their place in top 6 slots.(The common buzz among the local teams was that why teams from IIT-roorkee  were allowed considering that last year they were not allowed in chandigarh edition….& ...their fear eventually turned out to be true when 3 out of the final 6 teams which made to the stage round were from IIT-Roorkee.
